Please insert correct Connecting Customer/Developer details in your connection applications
What is happening?
We’re seeing an increase in Connection Applications with missing or incorrect Connecting Customer/Developer details.
To help us progress your application, please ensure that the following Connecting Customer/Developer details are included in every Connection Application:
- First and last name
- Phone number.
These details are critical for sending Standard Project deed of transfer documents to the customer for execution. They also enable us to provide the contact person with important updates and information about their connection project.
Without the correct Connecting Customer/Developer details, your application is at risk of being cancelled or rejected. A submission of a new Connection Application would be required. Please avoid this by including the correct details with your application.
