> Applications for Essential Energy’s Community Hall Program are now open and close midnight, Sunday 28 March 2021. To view the eligibility criteria or to apply, visit essentialenergy.com.au/community-hall
> Our Community Hall Program aims to give back to the local halls that help make up the social fabric of regional, rural and remote NSW. Through this program, eligible venues receive $200 (GST exclusive) to put towards general maintenance costs for the hall. In 2020, Essential Energy provided more than $58,000 of support to 230 halls.
> Community halls are important places for us to meet, play and come together during times of celebration and hardship. For nearly a decade, our program has chipped in to the maintenance of regional halls and we're proud to do so again this year.
> We would encourage you to share this information with your communities and invite your local community halls to apply.
