Updated Level 3 Accredited Service Provider (ASP) Authorisation Agreement

What is happening?

After receiving a small number of incorrectly signed Level 3 ASP Authorisation Agreements it has been deemed that the executing of the agreement requires some guidance.

To address this, we have added further signing instructions to the agreement to ensure proper execution.

This update prompted a full review of the agreement, because of this review we have addressed three omissions identified by Essential Energy, which are intended to make the agreement fairer for the Level 3 ASPs. We have also removed inconsistencies in the insurance provisions that were identified.

Due to these enhancements a re-issue of the agreement is required, and the newer version of the agreement will need to be executed by all Level 3 ASPs. You can access the new version of the agreement through our document library Document Library.
