Changes to Basic Non-Standard Design Approval Fee

What is Happening?

Effective immediately Essential Energy will be increasing the time taken to review Level 2 Accredited Services Providers basic non-standard design approval, from 30 minutes to 1 hour, this reflects the work being undertaken to review these requests.

This means a basic non-standard design approval will be subject to a 1 hour fee at the labour class of R2a normal time as per the Price Schedule for Ancillary Network Services section 1.5 Non-standard design approval, available on our website.

Note: Essential Energy reserves the right to waive fees at our discretion.
