Youreka Mobile app – URGENT ACTION REQUIRED

What is happening?

Essential Energy have been made aware of an access issue relating to Youreka. Users are being directed to the Essential Energy Portal Home Page instead of the Youreka Application.

Please follow the guide on How to create a NEW pathway / custom connection into the Youreka app available on the Support Page.

If you are not able to access the app after the above has been completed, please email techconnect@essentialenergy.com.au and a technical agent will call you to assist in accessing.

What do you need to do?

  1. Communicate this information to relevant members of your organisation.
  2. Ensure you are using the latest version of the Youreka Mobile app on your mobile device and follow the How to create a NEW pathway / custom connection into the Youreka app available on the Support Page.
