Essential Connections Portal – Construction Stage face-to-face training sessions

What is happening?

We’re currently rolling out face-to-face training for the Level 1 ASP construction stage in the Essential Connections Portal.

A session covers approximately four to six hours to fully train your company and ensure all necessary apps loaded and operational on all your devices.

Level 1 ASPs who are already using the system tell us that this face-to-face training is invaluable.

What will I learn?

Please bring any Notices to Commence Construction that you are ready to submit and we will guide your team through processing them in our Essential Connections Portal.

Support will be provided for any components that we cannot cover during the training session.

How can I book a face-to-face session?

Training is being held across our distribution area over the next two months.

If you have NOT received an invitation and would like to participate in one of these sessions, please email aspinfo@essentialenergy.com.au.

Unable to attend a face-to-face session?

If your company is unavailable to attend any face-to-face training, you can join a ZOOM training session from 25 to 29 November 2024. However, we highly recommend you and your team attend a face-to-face training session.

Please note that from 1 December 2024 we will be no longer be accepting CEOF6012 - Notice to Commence Constructions & CEOF6013 - Notice of Required Outage / Connection via email to Contestable Works.

What do you need to do?

1. Communicate this information to relevant members of your organisation.
2. If you are already in Essential Connections Portal for construction stage, then no further action is required.
