Public consultation on draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and Development Application (DA)

A requirement of ACT Government is to submit a draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and concurrent Development Application (DA).

An EIS details the anticipated environmental impacts of a development on the environment as well as proposing avoidance, mitigation and offset measures.

The public consultation period commenced 28 March 2023 and closed on 18 May 2023.
