Project Update

We've commenced work on underground boring to lay our new underground powerlines. A map of the approximate work area is below and residents in the area can expect the following during construction:

• Hours of work: Between 7am and 6pm Monday to Saturday/Sunday (if required)
• Equipment: Excavator, Backhoe, Trencher, Underbore rigs, Trucks, Concrete trucks, Water truck, Vacuum Trucks, Tanker trucks, Cable trucks, Light vehicles, Crane, Elevated work platforms (EWP), Cable winches, Large cable drum stands, Scaffolding on new overhead poles
• Noise: You may hear trucks with reverse beepers, excavation and underboring noise, concrete agitators, vehicle movements
• Crane Operations: Expect some noise from crane operations, including whistles and radio communications.
• Traffic Control: In and around worksite areas, and to manage driveway access
